The word “limousines” might bring a luxurious picture to your mind, like politicians and their fancy rides. Think of Barack Obama’s Cadillac ‘The Beast’! These extra-long cars can sometimes be transferred into weird and shocking sights, unlike anything you’ve seen before.
You’re probably acquainted with the familiar Hummer limos, they’re all over the busy city streets. Common in black and white, but there are some unusual pink ones too that are impossible to miss.
Numerous stars also use these vehicles. Tennis legend Floyd Mayweather was noticed with a brilliant Rolls-Royce limo outside his gym once.
Some take it to the next level, converting any car into a limo, oblivious of its rather weird look. An instance is the unique, but dubious DeLorean DMC-12 featured in the main photo of this article.
Quinceañera Limos in Mexico
Just as in many other countries, when girls reach a certain age or finish school, they celebrate grandly. In the United Kingdom, thousands of teens mark their high school graduation by riding in limousines on their way to the graduation ceremony.
In Argentina, a girl’s 15th birthday is marked with a big party. Mexico has its distinctive traditions too; they splash out on impressive limousines for the celebration. Pictures capturing the magic of these events are shared in this note.
Monterrey provides some examples. The parties celebrating girls’ transition into womanhood can involve not just one limo, but a fleet! The birthday girls invite their guests to board these vehicles and travel to the party venue.
2018 Mercedes-Maybach Pullman
The 2018 renewal of Mercedes’ most opulent model: the renowned and exclusive Maybach Pullman is on display. Unsurprisingly, this luxury item comes with a high price tag at around half a million euros…
Unveiled at the Geneva Motor Show, the luxurious 2018 Mercedes-Maybach S Class brought an update to its longest model: the Mercedes-Maybach Pullman. Changes are noted in the front design, introducing vertical lines to the grill, after suit pinstripes, new headlights (featuring a smart lighting option), and fresh bumpers. These tweaks are consistent with the changes applied to the basic version of the Maybach S.
20-inch Wheels
The vehicle stands boastful with 20-inch wheels and a traditional 10-hole design. The centre hub with the Stuttgart brand logo has been updated. With a 6.5 meter-long body, two new color options have been added to the previous selection, first introduced with the new S-Class. The biggest changes are noticed inside, as three exclusive colors (magma grey, mahogany brown and a silk beige/sea blue combination) have been added to the luxury leather upholstery.
The Pullman runs on a potent 630 HP V12 engine
Imagine this: The Pullman is like a moving office – loaded with all the technology and black vehicle services Mercedes can provide. Its goal? Helping its high-end users stay on top of their businesses during their journey. Under the hood, it has a major six-liter V12 motor. It delivers 630 HP and 1,000 Nm of torque. Despite weighing nearly three tons, it can go from zero to 100 km/h in just 6.5 seconds. The starting price? Approximately half a million euros.
